Service Level Agreement

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) describes the availability commitment StaffGPT offers for its cloud service to eligible customers. It applies where expressly referenced in a customer's order or enterprise agreement.

Availability commitment

We target 99.9% monthly availability of the core cloud service, measured as the percentage of minutes in a calendar month during which the service is materially available, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

Exclusions

The commitment excludes: scheduled or emergency maintenance for which notice is provided where practicable; factors outside our control including internet and third-party provider failures; issues caused by customer configuration, equipment, or misuse; and beta or preview features.

On-premises, self-hosted, and air-gapped deployments run on customer-controlled infrastructure and are not covered by this cloud SLA.

Maintenance

We aim to perform planned maintenance during low-traffic windows and to provide advance notice for maintenance expected to cause material disruption.

Service credits

Where an enterprise agreement provides for service credits, eligible customers may request them within 30 days of the affected month by contacting legal@staffgpt.net. Service credits, where offered, are the exclusive remedy for availability shortfalls.

Support

Support channels and response targets, where committed, are set out in the applicable order or enterprise agreement.
