StaffGPT provides AI-powered tools that help teams draft, review, and publish marketing and operational content across connected platforms. Features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use StaffGPT. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

StaffGPT uses third-party AI models to generate text and images from the inputs you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published.

You retain ownership of the content you submit and of the outputs you approve, to the extent permitted by law and the applicable model provider terms.

When you connect a social or messaging account (for example via Ayrshare, Meta, X, LinkedIn, or a Discord webhook), you authorize StaffGPT to publish content and retrieve analytics on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

You are solely responsible for ensuring published content complies with the rules of each destination platform and with applicable law.

You agree not to use StaffGPT to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnappTech disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
