StaffGPT engages the third-party providers below to help deliver the service. We impose data-protection obligations on them and remain responsible for their performance. This list may change as our service evolves.
Infrastructure and hosting
Vercel Inc. — application hosting and content delivery (United States).
Supabase — managed database, authentication, and storage (region as configured).
AI model providers
AI inference providers accessed through our model gateway process prompts and generate outputs to deliver AI features. Cloud model routing may involve providers in the United States. On-premises and local deployments can perform inference on customer-controlled machines without sending prompts to external model providers.
Communications and integrations
Ayrshare — social-media publishing integration, where enabled by the customer.
Discord (webhooks) — operational notifications, where enabled.
Notice of changes and contact
Enterprise customers may subscribe to receive advance notice of new subprocessors and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. Requests can be sent to privacy@staffgpt.net.
