StaffGPT respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content available through the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including: your contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to legal@staffgpt.net with the subject line "DMCA Notice." SnappTech LLC is the operator of StaffGPT.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the required statements. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
