This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited activities when using StaffGPT. It applies to all users and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use StaffGPT to violate any law or regulation; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
Prohibited content and data
You may not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that you lack the rights to process. Do not upload protected health information, payment card data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive data unless your written agreement expressly permits that data category and the required safeguards are in place.
AI-specific restrictions
Do not use the service to generate content intended to deceive, to produce unlawful or harmful material, to build competing models by extracting outputs at scale, or to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.
You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on or distributing them. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Export, sanctions, and end use
You may not use the service in embargoed territories, as a sanctioned party, or for prohibited end uses including weapons development or unlawful surveillance. You must comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, our users, or third parties. Report abuse to legal@staffgpt.net.
